1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Android Groups mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Android Groups is a community discovery platform that allows users to find, share, and join social media groups and communities across various platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, and others.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Submit groups containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Post misleading or fraudulent group links.
  • Spam or submit duplicate groups.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Group Submissions

  • All group submissions are subject to review and approval by our moderation team.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any group at our discretion.
  • Group owners are responsible for the content shared within their groups.
  • Expired or broken invite links will be removed from the platform.

6. Content Moderation

We actively moderate content on the platform. Groups may be removed if they:

  • Contain adult or sexually explicit content.
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Engage in scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Android Groups and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Android Groups is not responsible for:

  • The content or conduct within third-party groups linked on the platform.
  • Any damages resulting from joining external groups.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
